New ACE Pallet Stops

ACE is expanding its product range with new pallet stops designed for the automation and industrial handling sector, ideal for palletizing lines, special-purpose machines, and assembly systems. These devices are used to stop, separate, or hold pallets and load carriers within transport and conveyor systems, enabling more precise management of production flows. The ACE range covers a wide range of load capacities, from approximately 1 kg up to 1,200 kg, with both pneumatic and electric models available, designed to accommodate different production volumes and integration requirements within the operational cycle.

The new ACE pallet stops improve the stability and reliability of material handling processes, enabling pallets to be stopped with controlled damping and precise positioning—key factors for operational continuity in automated systems. Pneumatic versions offer flexible solutions with options for weight control and stopping dynamics, while electric variants provide an efficient alternative in environments without compressed air, featuring lower noise levels and direct integration with control systems. Thanks to this extensive and modular range, RTI and ACE provide reliable components to optimize production lines, workstations, and logistics flows.
